Remember to delete the timer set for the output buffer stream if we
close the stream unexpectedly. This can happen if the server sends us
a wrong content length, for example - we then have to break the
connection and revert to HTTP/0.9 mode because we don't have any
indication that this server knows what it is doing.

Introduced an IO stream converter with a target so that it is easier
to pile transport streams on top of each other. For example, it is now
very easy to use the buffered output stream as it can be cascaded.

Committing timer fixes to these two files as well - cont from before

Moved the increment of bytes written (used in PUT) from the buffered output steam to the unbuffered output stream which gives a more accurate number
