Jigsaw Push Cache Package

org.w3.www.protocol.http.cache.push

This package provides a mechanism for combining data from a push source
with "normal" access to the Internet via a caching proxy.

The basic idea is that files from a push source are inserted into the
cache as if they had been requested and retrieved via an HTTP browser.
