This is the spec-prod development area. Spec-prod is the collection of doctypes and stylesheets that are used (by some W3C WGs) to produce working drafts and the various stages of recommendations.
The current action item is to merge all of the various development branches of the xmlspec stylesheets into a single, official baseline. The files in this module should be considered somewhat unstable as long as this notice remains.
