Updates for version 0.25, Daniel.

0.25:

 * Applied patches from Elliot Lee.

 * IMPORTANT:
     - the "url" field in the config file now
       indicate the URL (absolute or relative) to the
       set of generated HTML files, not the rpm2html
       Home page anymore !
     - The mirrors for a directory are now indicated using
       the "mirror" keyword !
     - Also there is no more way to change the rpm2html
       URI from the config file, one need to recompile.
 
 * Added PRINCIPLES and CHANGES

 * General cleanup of the configuration file handling.

 * Support for differents architectures (via directories).

 * Added support to dump the actual installed
