    setting up an app specific front-end using the
* SAX.c parser.c: some fixes, now the xhtml spec validates
    with the xhtml DTD.
* error.c: fixed crashes in case of no input stream

When saving HTML try to avoid troubles with autoclosed elements when
the stree shape doesn't follow the DtD specs.
