Added a primitive entry for the Preferences/Language Negotiation menu.

JK: Preference menu bug fixes and changes.
Connected the color preference menu to the thot color palette.

Localization of the dialogue messages for the configuration menu.
The Apply button now saves the options.
The Geometry menu now saves the geometry of the current windows (Unix).
Color menu now changes the colors of the next Windows to be open (Unix).
