ACK! - an (A)JAX link (c)hec(k)er (or "HACK!" misspelled, if you prefer) is a quickish experiment by Ville Skyttä to see if/how link checking using AJAX could be done. An online version is available at http://qa-dev.w3.org/~ville/ack/
To install it, copy the *.pl and *.js files into a directory under a web server's root, and configure it using for example the included .htaccess. Some perl modules are needed, "grep '^use ' *.pl" should give a pretty good picture on those.
