songvert -- convert Studio Session files to ABC notation

I restored some studio session files I wrote on my Mac in the late 1980's. Then I discovered the studio session session format is documnted, and I found the abc stuff, so I wrote this python ditty to convert the songs to abc, from which I can make postscript sheet music and midi files.
