Printing on Windows Platforms

On Windows platforms, the first dialog when Setup and Print is pressed allows you to make some choices like:

• generate a table of contents for the document,
• generate a table of links for the document,
• print the document URL on top of each page,
• and print with or without style sheets.

The next dialog, or when the Print command is selected, is the standard Windows dialog, which allows you to choose the other printing parameters.
