Printing Documents
Amaya can print documents with or without CSS style sheets, on both Unix
and Windows platforms.
Important: On Unix platforms, Amaya can only generate
a Postscript description, so you must have a PostScript printer or use an
application to translate the PostScript into your specific printer
language.
You can print a document in three ways:
- Setup and Print
(File> Setup and Print), which enables you to set
some parameters and options before printing.
- Print (File
>Print), which prints a document using the current print
configuration (defined using the Setup and Print command).
- The button on
the button bar. On Unix platforms, this is a shortcut to the
Print command. On Windows platforms, this is a shortcut
to the Setup and Print command, due to a problem with
the use of DLLs on Windows 95.
