MobileOK File Support Extension

This file extension holds the code and a jar file of an extension to the W3C MobileOK 
(http://validator.w3.org/mobile/) open source library 
(http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2007/mobileok-ref/) that can be used to validate 
local pages (pages that are served via the file protocol). 

There is a technical report published by the Human Centred Web Lab 
(HCW - http://hcw.cs.manchester.ac.uk/) from the University of Manchester
that explains in detail how this extension can be used and how it was designed and 
implemented. This report is available at:
