This namespace URI will be only used for the @Y@-@M@-@D@ specifications. The namespace URI is guaranteed to be changed until the document reaches Last Call.

After reaching Last Call, the Web Services Policy Working Group will assess, when publishing subsequent versions of the Web Services Policy 1.5 Framework and Attachment specifications on the Recommendation track, the suitability of retaining the namespace URIs defined in the previous version of the specification.
