Fixing two bugs related to list (group) selection

fixing some discrepancies caused by CVS conflicts - commenting out calls to specific Realm CSS

Interface accessibility/Usability improvements

- commented out call to Realm-only CSS
- removed redundant links
- added titles for most links in both interfaces

a few interfaces improvements:
- access keys: ensuring to have consistent access keys between the ML
archives and MASE ; the ML archives access keys are defined at [2] ;
that means in particular that
 * h should be kept for "help"
 * j (for jump) should be preferred to s (=skip)
 * f would be usefully associated to the input box for keywords in the
form
I'm not sure MASE home page deserves an access key, in the sense that I
don't think many people needs to go back to it.

- link|a/@rels : some browsers make use of them nowadays, so I added
  * rel="next" / rel="prev" for links between pages of results ; I've
also added the classical access keys n/p to these links
  * rel="start" for MASE Home page
  * rel="help" for the help page

- added a target to the skip link (#skip) [that's ugly right now, let me
know if you have a better solution]

- team and member css for the Team and Member instances of the search
engine

- took out the logos from the h1,
