create xhtml1print format (xhtml1 + @page headers + PNG->JPEG conversion) and fix tests to use non-transparent images (b/c jpeg has no transparency)

Early draft of the CSS2.1 Test Suite

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
