This is a functional script for the migration of a wiki site from the moinmoin platform to the mediawiki platform.
W3C has been using moinmoin for several years, with no significant issue, but as our user base requested some specific features available only in the mediawiki platform and extensions, we resolved to migrate from one platform to the other.
