Try to fix 5394. The problem seem to stem from that CVS does EOL conversions to the host OS(hence it fails on OS X), while the file itself is actually correct. For that reason, try to get the binary keyword right, by creating a new file with the exact same content(e.g a rename, but CVS doesn't get that), but which has the the binary keyword set.

Try get rid of a case insensitivity issue on windows, by renaming folder LocalNameFromQNameFunc to LocalNameFromQNFunc.
