The method getClass().getResources("") is not working the same way on each machine.
So I added a test case to see if the template is find with this method and if not, the missing path is added manually.

This file is used to generate the index pages
This can be called from a script (indexgenerator.sh or .bat)
But, when the first request is made on the server, it'll also launch this (see init() in org.w3c.css.servlet.CssValidator)
The index are generated only if they don't exist or if the template (org/w3c/css/css/validator.vm) has been changed

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
