changed the handling of bad ids into two modes: completely bogus ids
(which produce a 404 not found error) or ids that have already been processed
(which produce a 410 gone error), with slightly more user-friendly text.

tweaked the reply text to get it past spamassassin (v2.31)

changed the sender from nobody to an alias with an autoresponse;
added a blurb to email message saying replies won't be read.

(hopefully) fixing a bug where messages get injected back into the
approval queue unless people check the "remember me" box

start using SHA-1 hashes for id's

changed approve? to review? to be clear about what a GET does

checks if an email message sender has given us permission to archive
his/her messages on our site.

meant to be invoked from smartlist via rc.custom file, and as a CGI script.

this revision works, more or less, but more work is needed.
