JK: removing the SSL directory

Fixes for windows plataform concerning WebDAV and Extension
methods. In HTMethod and HTRequest, functions defined for
the Extension Methods are now defined always, but return
fail values when HT_EXT is not defined. In addition, the
files "Library/src/WWWDAV.html" and "Library/src/windows/wwwdav.files"
have been added. These files and modifications were needed
to produce the correct "*.def" files, for windows plataform.

A minor fix, when compiling WebDAV module (libwwwdav): considering
HTHome.o as a dependency.

New WebDAV module and new Extension Methods for experimenting with HTTP.

Committing the new makefiles for generating small libraries. The old
makefiles are put on their own CVS branch called
'From-one-lib-to-many'. That is, if you prefer using the old makefiles
then you should do an update like this on them

	cvs update -r From-one-lib-to-many

Otherwise you will get the new ones generating small libraries.

Added new no-free stream so that the streams associated with request objects are not freed multiple times.

Added first go at the Expat parser as libwww converter

A completely rewritten HText interface that makes it a lot easier to use the libwww HTML parser and also doesn't throw away tags or entities that are not defined in the libwww HTML DTD. The new interface is based on registering callbacks so that the application doesn't have to provide the old HText functions that it didn't use. The HTML parser itself has also improved as it now knows about several HTML 4.0 tags. Finally, there are three new sample applications called showtags, showtext, and showlinks which illustrate how to use the new HText interface. Currently the line mode browser hasn't been updated so it doesn't compile for the moment.
