Moved the default English user prompt messages and status messages
from the HTAlert and HTError modules to the HTDialog module as this is
really where they belong along with the default dialog
implementations.

Added a progress notification for login and updated the progress notifiaction for reads and writes so that it is easier to report to the user what's going on.

A set of changes: 1) Added support for etags in 201 responses. This will help avoiding overrides of PUT 2) Added timeout support. Default timeout in webbot and command line tool is 20secs. Can be changed using the -timeout option 3) Fixed a problem that prevented idle connections to be closed after 60 secs idle time. Client side closes are a lot easier to deal with 4) Expanded progress flags in HTAlert to be 32 bit instead of 16 bit as I was running out of flags.

Added some minor bug fixes and stuff suggested by marca:
	* added a new function HTPromptUsernameAndPassword()
	  so that GUI clients can have just a single authentication
	  dialog box
	* nobody and nogroup are looked up by name (no longer
	  hardcoded values)
	* understands also negative uid/gid values
	* added /../ check also in the AA package
	* AA now takes place only if accessing a local file (otherwise
	  what the daemon does when running as a gateway is funny...)
	* broken fail rule hanling by AA fixed
	* some ""s to NULLs and other minor things

Added first version of access authorization in.
