The transformation of a <td> into a <th> is now performed by a
change of the type element.
Introduction of a new Undo/Redo case: when only the element
type changes.
Application of that new Undo/Redo to the <td>/<th> change, but also
to some Math transformations.

Changed the default backgound color of the selection because the previous
one was to dark to see that an empty table is selected.

Specifics of undo command for the Title element

Bug fixes:
  - When the current position was in a sequence of empty blocks (paragraphs, for
    instance), the Backspace key deleted two of these blocks at once and did not
    select anything.
  - Improvements to Undo command regarding the selection set after a command has
    been undone.

New features:
  - Undo of creation commands from Types menu of the structure view (creating
    elements in the HEAD).
