The transformation of a <td> into a <th> is now performed by a
change of the type element.
Introduction of a new Undo/Redo case: when only the element
type changes.
Application of that new Undo/Redo to the <td>/<th> change, but also

Changed the default backgound color of the selection because the previous
one was to dark to see that an empty table is selected.

Amaya could crash when an attribute or a style generates a span.

The length of new xml elements is no longer limited by MAX_NAME_LENGTH (32 char.)
(The name and orig_name of the elements are now allocated dynamically).
As this limit is still used for the compilers, avoid to define elements in S schemas

Ps: These modifications revealed a memory bug in the version of Expat
used by Amaya, bug fixed in the more recent versions.
