JK: Diverse fixes for compiling under Win32

-Update to redland 0.9.16
-New bookmark operations (separators, collections, move) and bug fixes.
-Opening multiple bookmark files.

You won't be able to compile unless you install the latest redland:
   http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/dist/source/redland-0.9.16.tar.gz

and follow the usual instructions for compiling Amaya with redland.
Windows won't compile after this commit until I update the makefiles.

JK: Support for rdfs:seeAlso associated to topics and bookmarks (browsing
only, no editiing or GUI).  Partial support for nicknames.

wxWindows UI:
+ add the possibility to open multi documents in a single window (using tabs) [see Amaya UI proposal specifications]
+ add a first resources based dialog

JK: Changes for opening multiple bookmark files (temp. disabled
while fixing some model things)

Compilation fix (bookmarks)

JK: Improved the bookmark form widget so that it can be used with
kyboard only. Changed the behavior so that a multiple selection
topic needs the users to press a modifier key (Ctrl if using the
mouse, F2 if using the keyboard). Gave focus to this widget too.

JK: Bookmarks: Raise the bookmark view if it's already there and
the user calls the "View bookmarks" menu function.
Show the value of the recalls property, rather than the self url
for bookmarks that have no title.

JK: Show the URL if the title of a topic or a bookmark doesn't exist
or is empty.

JK: Select a default topic when creating a new bookmark or topic. (for
the moment, we're using the home topic URL).
Fix a typo introduced during the previous utf-8 changes (the title property
value was being overridden by the author property value).

JK: Show the correct value in the text zone of the bookmark view.
Don't show the children of a given topic in the topic properties view.

JK: Add automatically refresh of the bookmark view. Better algorithm
for updating modifications, save modifications once they're done.

JK: Changed the code for having bookmarks belong to more than one topic.

JK: Connecting the tree widget sleector to the topic and bookmark
menus.
