TtaGetNextWideCharFromMultibyteString (CHAR_T*, char**, CHARSET)

CHARSET is a new parameter indicating th echaracter encoding:

Amaya is able to handle the right way UTF8 and ISO Latin encoded documents.

- New function allowing to return the ISO Latin 2 code corresponding
  to a given Unicode value. This function will be very useful
  when reading/saving ISO Latin files. The internal representation
  is only Unicode.

- New function allowing give the Unicode value of an ISO Latin code.
  CHAR_T TtaGetUnicodeValueFromISOLatinCode (const unsigned char c).

- The auto detection of the character set is not yet implemented.

- We need also to implement something like code pages on Windows.
  This is needed when we have to convert from an ISO Latin encoding
  (Arabic for instance) to Unicode and vice versa. This is not very hard
  to implement.

Problems with internationalization of compilers:

All compilers are sharing a big part of the code:

- html2thot.c
  * GetNextChar allows to get the next Wide Char from a file or a buffer.
  * ParseHTMLError writes a multibyte string into the output file. This file
    is supposed to be UTF 8 for the moment.

- config.c
  New function: GetNextWideCharFromMultibyteString allows to read the right number
  bytes into a string coded in char* (bytes) and gives a Wide Char.
  This function is used in getFirstWord, getSecondWord, SingleWord, getStringAfterColon.
  It also will be used for the HTML parser.


- fileaccess.c
  New function:
  * TtaGetWideChar reads the right number of bytes to give a wide char
  * TtaWriteWideChar transforms a wide char into the right number of bytes and writes
    the bytes into a file.
  Modified functoins:
  * TtaWriteDocIdent
  * TtaCheckDirectory
  * TtaReadOpen

- uio.c
  New function: ufgets allows to read the right number of bytes from a given
  file to give a Wide character string which length is N (parameter of ufgets).
  If N > NB (number of wide characters remaining) then ufgets returns a
  Wide Character String whitch length is NB.
  if EOF then ufgets returns NULL.

- css.c
  Style sheets are handled as Wide Characters now.
  LoadStyleSheets is adapted to handle Wide Character Strings.

- mesage.c
  TtaGetMessageTable allowd to fill a table of Wide Character
  Strings from a file.

- registry.c
  New function WGetEnv.
  Windows provides _wgetenv to get system env vars coded in Wide Characters
  * WGetEnv does the samething on Unix.

  Modified functions:
  * TtaGetEnvString
  * TtaGetDefEnvString

- platforms.c
  Modified function: TtaFileExist.

Work still to do:
- interface with libwww
- interface with motif dialogs.

Unicode support. Please, because of some incompatibility with Windoz, use:

During a transformation text content was sometimes forgoten, a strange char was placed in the beginning of the text that remained.

  Implementation of:
  - open a CSS file used in a document.
  - disable CSS properties of the CSS file.
  - remove a CSS link.
  - enable (not available yet)

  All user Amaya preferences and personal files are collected into a
  home directory. By default this directory is $HOME/.amaya on Unix
  platforms and C:\TEMP\amaya on Windows platforms. These files are:
  - a personal amaya.css
  - a personal amaya.keyboard (amaya.kb on Windows)
  - a personal dictionary
  - thot.rc personal preferences. This file is generated and updated thru
    the Special/Preferences menu.
  - and other temporary files and directories used by Amaya.

Many registry, configuration files changes:

Initialized the TMPDIR registry entry so that it points to "c:\temp"
under windows and "/tmp" under Unix. Under Windows, if the directory doesn't
exist, it'll create it.

Added a new registry entry, APP_HOME. It points to the directory where
a thot application may store its temp files. Under Unix, it's
equivalent to $HOME/app-name. Under Windows, it's TMPDIR\app-name.

Renamed the default configuration files as win-thot.rc and unix-thot.rc.

The .thotrc file is now stored as APP_HOME/thot.rc. There's no automatic copy
of your old .thotrc file. You'll have to move it and rename it yourself.

Don't forget to recompile your compiles (prs, str, ...) after you make
the update. Otherwise, they'll try to access the (now-deleted) thot.ini,
thot.rc files.
