Infra-structure for the Auto save function in Amaya.
A new variable in Amaya registry (AUTO_SAVE) enables (if positive) or
disables (if null or missing) the auto save.
For the moment, this variable is set to '0' and "shouldn't" causes new disruptions.

The new command "Synchronize" allows one to test editing on a CSS style
sheet without saving this style sheet.
When a style sheet is saved, documents that link that style sheet are
redisplayed.
