+ Completly rewrite the menu managments for WX (becaus the old way was forbiden on MACOSX and was not really optimized): now there is only one menu for a window and when switching from one document to another, the menus enable/disable, toggle/untoggle are simply refreshed (not rebuilt)
+ Code cleaning about menus : removing old unused code.
+ Reorganize the frame creation chronologie in order to avoid to have orgphan window (not allowed on MACOSX)
+ Rewrite the toolbar code : now the toolbar is only a "view" of menu commands, the enable/disable state is really synchronized with the menu items state. The toolbar creation is now comming fro now ressources (Toolbar.xrc).

JK: Removed the call to NormalizeFile (ConvertFile) as this call
is now in GetHTMLDocument.

JK: changed the API of the GetObjectWWW callback function so that we can
retrieve the charset and other HTTP headers in a simple way.
Fixed a bug in the authentication dialogue where the cancel button
didn't do anything.

- html2thot.c
  * GetNextChar allows to get the next Wide Char from a file or a buffer.
  * ParseHTMLError writes a multibyte string into the output file. This file
    is supposed to be UTF 8 for the moment.

- config.c
  New function: GetNextWideCharFromMultibyteString allows to read the right number
  bytes into a string coded in char* (bytes) and gives a Wide Char.
  This function is used in getFirstWord, getSecondWord, SingleWord, getStringAfterColon.
  It also will be used for the HTML parser.


- fileaccess.c
  New function:
  * TtaGetWideChar reads the right number of bytes to give a wide char
  * TtaWriteWideChar transforms a wide char into the right number of bytes and writes
    the bytes into a file.
  Modified functoins:
  * TtaWriteDocIdent
  * TtaCheckDirectory
  * TtaReadOpen

- uio.c
  New function: ufgets allows to read the right number of bytes from a given
  file to give a Wide character string which length is N (parameter of ufgets).
  If N > NB (number of wide characters remaining) then ufgets returns a
  Wide Character String whitch length is NB.
  if EOF then ufgets returns NULL.

- css.c
  Style sheets are handled as Wide Characters now.
  LoadStyleSheets is adapted to handle Wide Character Strings.

- mesage.c
  TtaGetMessageTable allowd to fill a table of Wide Character
  Strings from a file.

- registry.c
  New function WGetEnv.
  Windows provides _wgetenv to get system env vars coded in Wide Characters
  * WGetEnv does the samething on Unix.

  Modified functions:
  * TtaGetEnvString
  * TtaGetDefEnvString

- platforms.c
  Modified function: TtaFileExist.

Work still to do:
- interface with libwww
- interface with motif dialogs.

When the separation is done, the parameters are
given to the GetObjectWWW function inside the form_data parameter.
This parameter shouldn't be freed by the function. If the mode has the
AMAYA_FORM_PAST flag, you should send the form_data in a post request;
otherwise, you should concatenate it to the URL using the '?' char and
send it using a GET.
