When a unix user launched Amaya with a not existing local file, Amaya
  displayed a form to create a new document, but that form didn't worked
  well. If the user opened the document, the File menu was broken. If the
  user cancelled the form the application wasn't closed.
HTML.S, HTMLP.P and HTMLT.T doesn't use conditional compilation of MATHML
and GRAPHML now.

For a better mapping with CSS, language P has been extended.  Style and
Weight are now two separate properties.  This allows Amaya to handle
the corresponding CSS properties (font-style and font-weight) independently
from each other and to display text both in italic and bold.

  - a personal dictionary
  - thot.rc personal preferences. This file is generated and updated thru

Bug fix: consider the following character string:
    aaaaaa bbbbbbb cccccc dddddd eeeeeee
Select "dddddd" and make it a STRONG element, then select "bbbbbb"
and make it also a STRONG element.  Undo the two commands. You get:
    aaaaaa ddddddd bbbbbb cccccc eeeeeee

Look for the DOCTYPE in XML document to detect if it's a XHTML document
or not and display the source code when the document structure is unknown.

  - Undo of creation commands from Types menu of the structure view (creating
    elements in the HEAD).

Bug fix: Some attributes values appeared with strange names in the
  Attribute menu. (They were not translated from their original name).

Bug fix:
  Setting attribute "style" for a list item caused all following items
  in that list to get the same style.
