<p>This is the <a href="http://www.w3.org/2005/10/Process-20051014/tr.html#RecsW3C">Recommendation</a> of the SOAP over Java Message Service 1.0 
specification. It has been produced by the <a href="http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/soapjms/">SOAP-JMS Binding Working Group</a>, 
which is part of the W3C Web Services Activity.</p>

<p>This document is based on the W3C Submission SOAP over Java(tm) 
Message Service 1.0. A list of changes is available in 
<a href="#change-log">I Change Log</a>. Only editorial changes were made as a result of the Proposed Recommendation phase (See <a href="soapjms-diff-rec.html">diff</a>).</p>

<p>The authors of this document consider it to be stable, and invite 
reviewers and implementors to send comments to the 
<a href="mailto:public-soap-jms@w3.org">public-soap-jms@w3.org</a> mailing list 
(<a href="http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-soap-jms/">public 
archive</a>).</p>

<p>This document has been reviewed by W3C Members, by software developers,
and by other W3C groups and interested parties, and is endorsed by the 
Director as a W3C Recommendation. It is a stable document and may be used 
as reference material or cited from another document. W3C's role in making 
the Recommendation is to draw attention to the specification and to promote 
its widespread deployment. This enhances the functionality and 
interoperability of the Web.</p>
