This project hosts the code of the open-source W3C mobileOK Checker Java library, developed and maintained by the Checker Task Force of the Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group within the W3C Mobile Web Initiative. The W3C mobileOK Checker Java library is a reference implementation of W3C mobileOK Basic Tests 1.0.

The Web user interface used on top of the library for the on-line mobileOK checker is maintained in a separate repository.
The W3C mobileOK Basic Tests 1.0 is stable. The library is in version 1.1 and implements all the tests defined in the specification. Minor releases of the library are expected to fix bugs. No major releases of the library are anticipated at this point.

NB: User/Developer guides at the root folder are currently out of date.
