<p>This is the <loc href="http://www.w3.org/2005/10/Process-20051014/tr.html#RecsW3C">W3C Recommendation</loc> of the &attachment.title; specification. It has been produced by the <loc href="http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/policy/">Web Services Policy Working Group</loc>, which is part of the <loc href="http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/Activity">W3C Web Services Activity</loc>.</p>
 <p>This document has been reviewed by W3C Members, by software developers, and by other W3C groups and interested parties, and is endorsed by the Director as a W3C Recommendation. It is a stable document and may be used as reference material or cited from another document. W3C's role in making the Recommendation is to draw attention to the specification and to promote its widespread deployment. This enhances the functionality and interoperability of the Web.</p>
    <p>The Working Group released a test suite along with an <loc href="http://dev.w3.org/2006/ws/policy/interop/results/dashboard-summary.html">implementation report</loc>. A <loc
  href="ws-policy-attachment-diff20070706.html">diff-marked version
  against the previous version of this document</loc> is
  available.</p>
        
    
  <p>The Working Group is tracking all comments via <loc

  and highly prefers to receive comments via this system. If access to
